Either way, I will advise on how these two strategies can play out, and then we plan a timeline where I go over the sales cycle and what to expect each step of the way.

Open houses for brokers and also for the public are an excellent option to really get your property in front of buyers and their agents.
Advertising in magazines, newspapers and publications is another marketing strategy I provide.
Some of my clients prefer not to have a 'For Sale' sign at their property, or advertise their property in ways I've mentioned above. This is perfectly fine too.
