Transaction Management

Getting into escrow is one goal, doing any further investigations and research on the property itself are other important aspects of the escrow process.

During escrow my transaction coordinator, the title company and I work closely together to make sure that paperwork is filled out correctly and timelines are effectively managed. The escrow process can be challenging at times, I know this from experience, so rest assured, that I will be there with you and for you each step of the way.



When everything comes together and you close escrow, it is time to celebrate and move forward! Rest assured, I will still be there for you after the close of escrow, to offer support and extensive list of resources including landscapers, painters contractors and more. I can even suggest great shopping and dining options if you are not familiar with the area.
