Coastal

The Marin and Sonoma County coastline is known for its long sandy beaches, secluded coves, and rocky edges. There are plenty of camping, surfing, fishing, kayaking and hiking trails as well as some fine dining and coastal shopping.

Get the best clam chowder in Bodega Bay, walk your dog on Dillon Beach, visit the sea lions at Jenner. Visit the best cheese creamery in Valley Ford on your way to the artisan food trail in Sonoma County.

Hike or ride your horse on the natural trails of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, and the Point Reyes National Seashore. Or head north to Timbercove and The Sea Ranch.

Farm & Ranch

Sonoma county's favorable climate, rich soil, and proximity to major markets makes it a prime location for agricultural production. But what you may not know is that many of Sonoma County's farmers/ranchers are leaders in sustainable, organic farming, and regenerative agricultural practices that also protect the environment.

Local artisan, handcrafted foods line our market shelves including your seasonal vegetables, fruits and berries, mushrooms, chinese medicinal herbs, dairy products, Omega -3 rich chickens and eggs, and 100% grass fed meats.

For farm tours, check out one of my all time favorites, Sonoma County Farm Trails with its map and guide to local farms across Sonoma County and seasonal venues, like the Gravenstein Apple Fair.

Vineyard Estates

Sonoma County is one of the most varied wine regions in the world with 19 unique viticultural areas from the Coast, to the Russian River to the Carneros.

Whether you just enjoy wine tasting or want to own your own vineyard I can help you find the right location and resources.

Sonoma County was named Wine Region of the Year by Wine Enthusiast magazine in 2019. This region produces 6% of the wine in California.

Did you know that the Russian River Valley AVA sets a standard for world class Pinot Noir?

Of course, where there is wine, there is also great shopping and dining nearby.

Equestrian Estates and Rescue Sanctuaries

Sonoma and Marin counties boast some of the best equestrian landscapes of California from grassy meadows, world class arenas, to fine stables and blessed with a friendly year round climate.

If you are interested in creating a horse and/or animal sanctuary or just want to visit one, this region is home to many regenerative visions for plants, animals, and land conservation.

Check out the link below to numerous riding trails including Doran Beach, Bodega Dunes, Sugar Loaf, Annadel, Olompali Park, Pt. Reyes National Seashore, and GGNRA (where I grew up).
